Questions we get

What should a pet sitting intake form include?

Owner contact details, each pet’s basics and vaccines, the vet and an emergency clinic, emergency contacts, keys and access, feeding, medications, routine, behavior notes and photo permission.

When should clients fill it out?

Before the first visit, ideally at the meet and greet. A walk through the home with the form in hand catches details clients forget to write down.

How do I store door codes safely?

Keep paper forms locked up and use a password manager or access-controlled software for digital copies. Do not text codes or leave them in shared documents.

Can clients fill it out on their phone?

Print this one or download the text file and fill it in together. Then keep the answers in your scheduling software so every sitter can find them.
