AI assist

Four narrow AI features, no chatbot

Report card drafting, schedule triage when someone calls out, message drafts grounded in real records, and intake notes turned into structured fields. Every output is a draft a human approves.

  • Report card drafting from checklist plus notes
  • Call-out reassignment ranked by travel time and familiarity
  • Message drafts grounded in pet and visit records
  • Meet-and-greet notes to structured pet fields
  • Every prompt and output in the audit log
  • A plain template draft when AI drafting is unavailable

Drafting, never sending

AI writes a first pass; a person edits and sends. Nothing is auto-sent to a client, ever. The prompt and the completion are both written to the audit log.

Report cards from three words

A sitter takes photos, ticks the checklist and types "good walk, met a cat". The draft comes back warm and specific, using the pet’s name and only the facts the checklist and notes support.

Triage when a sitter calls out

The ranking is deterministic, travel time from each candidate’s existing stops, plus how many visits they have already done for that client, so the owner can trust it. The AI only writes the explanation.
